Marnu Lombaard – CEO of MillROC
Marnu is an experienced mining professional and a Metallurgical Engineer. In a career spanning 20 years he has worked in four different countries in roles ranging from operational delivery through to general management, technical services and strategic and business planning. With his broad exposure to operations he has a passion for optimisation and improvement through driving the fundamentals that make mining operations and their stakeholders prosper.

Rebecca Sciberras – Principal Metallurgist, Orway Mineral Consultants
Rebecca has 20 years of experience providing technical input for a specialised comminution consultancy. A primary focus of the role has been in undertaking comminution circuit optimisation. This includes planning and execution of circuit surveys, qualitative and quantitative analysis of circuit performance, development of circuit optimisation strategies, and site-based training to maximise success outcomes. Rebecca also provides oversight on the technical development of MillROC products and provides consulting services to MillROC clients.
