With his broad exposure to operations he has a passion for optimisation and improvement through driving the fundamentals that make mining operations and their stakeholders prosper.

Rebecca Sciberras – Principal Metallurgist, Orway Mineral Consultants
Rebecca has 20 years' experience providing technical input for a specialised comminution consultancy. A primary focus of the role has been undertaking comminution circuit optimisation. This includes planning and execution of circuit surveys, analysis of circuit performance and development of circuit optimisation strategies. Rebecca also provides oversight on the technical development of MillROC products and consulting services to MillROC clients.
