This visit was a wonderful opportunity for us to share our knowledge and experience with the next generation of industry professionals.We hosted students specialising in Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance, providing them with practical and detailed insights into the operation of industrial plants. After a comprehensive safety briefing and an overview of Molycop's operations in Peru, the students toured our facilities.
They visited key areas, including the mechanical maintenance and machine shop, the electrical and electronic maintenance workshop, and the reagents plant for mining flotation. They also observed the grinding ball manufacturing process in our main production building and explored our laboratory to learn about chemical processes and the various tests and analyses we perform to ensure operational efficiency.

Throughout the tour, the students' enthusiasm and curiosity were palpable, particularly in areas such as electrical maintenance and installations, automated production systems, programming languages, and automation systems.
