Rebecca Hayes, Director of Operations and wife of Molycop employee Eric Hayes, led the Heartstrings Gala team on their visit to our facility. Alongside her were Brittany, Goody Delivery Operations Manager, and a team of dynamic individuals, including Blake, Scott, and Jake. Their visit was a testament to their dedication and our shared commitment to making a difference.
A Delectable Offering
During their visit, the Heartstrings employees presented a delightful selection of goodies available for purchase, which included delicious dog treats and an assortment of packaged candies, nuts, and popcorn. Their unique business model, where all employees are paid hourly and the delivery team shares their tips, not only provides meaningful employment but also emphasizes the importance of empowerment and shared success.

We were delighted to see our employees respond so positively to the opportunity to support Heartstrings Gala's cause. During their visit, the Heartstrings team managed to sell approximately half of their cart, a testament to the generosity and kindness of our team, and our commitment to making a difference in the community.
