What sets Molycop's solutions apart in today’s mining industry?

Molycop has deep experience in mining, which helps us understand our clients’ requirements, recognise their needs and provide targeted support. Our Technical Service, which we continually update, has always been available to clients. As the industry progresses, we are evolving too, incorporating sophisticated analytical tools and adding a new Processes team to further strengthen our service.

We are transforming our Technical Service to evolve with the industry.

How does Molycop’s Applications team address the challenges of modern mining?

We now work closely with the Processes area, aligning our goals so that all efforts result in better service. Although each team has distinct functions, maintaining continuous communication allows us to provide comprehensive support. When we conduct studies within our area, we ensure that the results are precise and relevant to the customer’s needs.

How does Molycop stay connected with the mining sector’s needs?

Being present at customer sites is essential. We visit, assess their needs and keep steady communication to understand their core issues and specific conditions. Often, operators themselves provide the most valuable insights into plant operations.

How do you see mining needs evolving in the future?

Mining is driving continuous innovation, and there is now high demand for innovative solutions. Molycop’s technology team will play an essential role as the industry pushes toward greater efficiency and automation.

Molycop continues to deliver innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of clients. Looking forward, Fernanda sees integrating advanced technologies into Technical Services as the next step in supporting the industry’s focus on automation and efficiency.
