The Molycop anode pin product range has been specifically designed to deliver optimum requirements for aluminium smelters in terms of resistivity, chemical composition, grain structure, tolerance control and surface finish.
Grain size plays a vital role in electrical transport properties. The finer the grain size, the higher the electrical resistivity. Hence, the coarse-grained cast rounds material we supply is the preferred anode material compared to a finer-grained rolled bar.
Molycop's product quality is supported by in-house mechanical and non-destructive testing laboratories, which are fully endorsed by the National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia (NATA) to ISO/IEC 17025:2005, further assuring product integrity.
